Shipping
I am based in theUK and ship worldwide. If you are interested in an item and there is no shipping charge for your location please contact me and I will do my best to supply you with a shipping quote ASAP. Please allow 48 hours for a response.
Postage and packaging costs are just that: you pay for postage and packaging materials although wherever possible I endeavour to recycle outer packaging in some small effort to save the planet. If you are not happy for your parcel to arrive in recycled packaging then please do NOT order without obtaining a quote for the additional costs involved.
Refunds
All my items are hand made and unique. Whilst I am happy to offer repairs and replacements for items damaged en route please be aware that I often use one-of-a-kind or vintage beads that cannot be replaced. I will make as best a repair or replica as is possible but cannot guarantee an identical piece. Refunds will be made ONLY if the item is returned to me within TEN days with all packaging, in the condition that it arrived.

Commissions
I am a 'one woman band' and have all the usual family commitments so time is a precious commodity here in the WitchEver Oak workshop, however I will always do my best to accommodate commissions but request your patience and understanding should some emergency arise that requires my urgent attention.
