Shipping

I am based in theUK and ship worldwide, If you are interested in an item and there is no shipping charge for your location please contact me and I will do my best to supply you with a shipping quote ASAP. Please allow 24 hours for a response.

Postage and packaging costs are just that: you pay for postage and packaging materials although wherever possible I endeavour to recycle packaging in some small effort to save the planet!

Refunds

All my items are hand made and unique. Whilst I am happy to offer repairs and replacements for items damaged en route please be aware that I often use one-of-a-kind or vintage beads that cannot be replaced. I will make as best a repair or replica as is possible but cannot guarantee an identical piece. Refunds will be made ONLY if the item is returned to me within TEN days with all packaging, in the condition that it arrived.
